-Star Review – Greco Ford of Branford I am beyond frustrated with Greco Ford of Branford. My vehicle has been there for days, and every update I received was because I physically went to the dealership. Not once did anyone proactively call me. Day one, my vehicle sat untouched and nobody told me. I found out when I showed up. Day two, I was told no work had been done because they needed authorization, yet nobody ever called to ask for it. When I questioned why, I was told they “didn’t want to call four times.” This was after I explained that I have upcoming medical procedures and need my vehicle because I don’t want my 80-year-old father driving me everywhere. Day three, I found out they didn’t even have the part needed. Again, no phone call. What makes this even worse is that I gave this dealership another chance after a previous experience that destroyed my trust. Years ago, my vehicle suddenly lost acceleration on the highway and I was nearly hit by an 18-wheeler. The dealership told me it was fixed. The very next day the exact same thing happened again, except this time my baby was in the vehicle and we were nearly rear-ended. As a parent, there is nothing more terrifying than realizing your vehicle is malfunctioning in traffic with your child in the car. My son and I were fortunate to walk away unharmed, but the situation could have ended very differently. When I returned looking for answers and asked to speak with a manager, I was actually told to “go f*** yourself” by an employee. The only reason I came back years later was because I was told the dealership was under new ownership and management. Unfortunately, this latest experience has shown the same lack of communication and customer care. I understand delays happen. What I don’t understand is why nobody can make a simple phone call to keep customers informed. After everything I’ve experienced, I cannot recommend Greco Ford of Branford.

I had a great experience at Grieco Ford. I worked with Nicolas on the sales staff there -- he was attentive and knowledgeable about Ford's products. Additionally, I was out of a car and needed to get into something quickly. Both Nick and the sales staff at Grieco made an effort to hustle and get me out the door that day with my new vehicle. I had a positive experience here and would buy from them again.

Greeted by Tom Caruso who double checked what I wanted done he could not have been nicer. Less than an hour and a half, my car was finished and I was slightly shocked at the price: under $100 for a complete checkup, oil change, tire rotation and an under carriage repair! Thank you, Grieco!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end on servicing my 2017 Ford. Everyone was incredibly helpful. The problem was resolved and the price was very reasonable. We'll definitely bring my car back here. Nicole in service was fantastic!

They got me in early for my oil change, finished quickly and saved me some cash on the backend. The staff was very receptive and accommodating. 5 started service for sure. Highly recommend!!!

Sale man Nick was very helpful and informative answering any and all questions or concerns. Took time to go over all the features of the vehicle and gave a lot of helpful information during the test drive as well. Would definitely recommend Nick and Grieco Ford.

Had an extremely positive experience working with Devon and then with Alden as well. My old car had broken down on me in the morning, I went to see this dealership later that afternoon (one of the few places still open on a Sunday) was able to pretty much decide on a car then, and by the next day after getting my information, I was able to finalize everything and get my 2014 Ford Escape SE and put my stressful situation behind me. I am very happy with my experience, they put time and effort into seeing us even though we showed up pretty late in the day the first day, and Devon also was incredibly helpful with making sure all my information needed was correct, they also were able to direct us towards some good options for what to do with my old car. Very quick, very professional, and amazing customer service all around. Thank you.
