We agreed on a plan of action to remove the special lug nuts and replace them with regular ones so I or Triple A can change a tire. The cost was reasonable.

Fantastic service. And a much-needed change from Hammonassett Ford. I expected to have to fight with the service department about the fact that my vehicle needed an entirely new engine because it was listed online as a recalled engine. No arguing at all! They said “yup! Looks like that’s accurate. Bring it on in!”

New Bronco AC issue nothing to do with dealership.. They have been fantastic in helping out so far. Tracy and Mike in service are both great to work with. Great communication and prompt service.The valet pickup and drop off service for the vehicle is a life saver. ,Still waiting on a part and hoping they have the issue resolved but so far highly recommended.

I get “The Works” done on my Ford Edge every 6,000 miles at Grieco. Mike and Sal provide excellent service and always helpful. Todd, the complimentary shuttle service driver, was very accommodating and kind.
Checked the MachE due to unusual screen action with icons moving off then on the odometer screen. Turned out it was due to low charge on 12v battery after sitting unused for 2 weeks. It was out of warranty but the dealer did the diagnosis without charging me anything.
It was a fantastic experience, no pressure Mark our salesman was awesome as was the the whole staff, Josh in finance to the manager. Differently would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you all.
