Antonio and Devon were great. We did the whole deal over the phone and drove down from the Berkshires in Ma to pick it up. They gave us a good trade and the new truck was all ready to go when we got there. No BS just an overall good experience (except for the traffic). On the way home the traffic cleared the sunset was beautiful and a crescent moon was on the horizon all the way home. Yeah, a good start for sure.

-Star Review – Greco Ford of Branford I am beyond frustrated with Greco Ford of Branford. My vehicle has been there for days, and every update I received was because I physically went to the dealership. Not once did anyone proactively call me. Day one, my vehicle sat untouched and nobody told me. I found out when I showed up. Day two, I was told no work had been done because they needed authorization, yet nobody ever called to ask for it. When I questioned why, I was told they “didn’t want to call four times.” This was after I explained that I have upcoming medical procedures and need my vehicle because I don’t want my 80-year-old father driving me everywhere. Day three, I found out they didn’t even have the part needed. Again, no phone call. What makes this even worse is that I gave this dealership another chance after a previous experience that destroyed my trust. Years ago, my vehicle suddenly lost acceleration on the highway and I was nearly hit by an 18-wheeler. The dealership told me it was fixed. The very next day the exact same thing happened again, except this time my baby was in the vehicle and we were nearly rear-ended. As a parent, there is nothing more terrifying than realizing your vehicle is malfunctioning in traffic with your child in the car. My son and I were fortunate to walk away unharmed, but the situation could have ended very differently. When I returned looking for answers and asked to speak with a manager, I was actually told to “go f*** yourself” by an employee. The only reason I came back years later was because I was told the dealership was under new ownership and management. Unfortunately, this latest experience has shown the same lack of communication and customer care. I understand delays happen. What I don’t understand is why nobody can make a simple phone call to keep customers informed. After everything I’ve experienced, I cannot recommend Greco Ford of Branford.

I had a great experience at Grieco Ford. I worked with Nicolas on the sales staff there -- he was attentive and knowledgeable about Ford's products. Additionally, I was out of a car and needed to get into something quickly. Both Nick and the sales staff at Grieco made an effort to hustle and get me out the door that day with my new vehicle. I had a positive experience here and would buy from them again.

Greeted by Tom Caruso who double checked what I wanted done he could not have been nicer. Less than an hour and a half, my car was finished and I was slightly shocked at the price: under $100 for a complete checkup, oil change, tire rotation and an under carriage repair! Thank you, Grieco!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end on servicing my 2017 Ford. Everyone was incredibly helpful. The problem was resolved and the price was very reasonable. We'll definitely bring my car back here. Nicole in service was fantastic!

They got me in early for my oil change, finished quickly and saved me some cash on the backend. The staff was very receptive and accommodating. 5 started service for sure. Highly recommend!!!

Had an extremely positive experience working with Devon and then with Alden as well. My old car had broken down on me in the morning, I went to see this dealership later that afternoon (one of the few places still open on a Sunday) was able to pretty much decide on a car then, and by the next day after getting my information, I was able to finalize everything and get my 2014 Ford Escape SE and put my stressful situation behind me. I am very happy with my experience, they put time and effort into seeing us even though we showed up pretty late in the day the first day, and Devon also was incredibly helpful with making sure all my information needed was correct, they also were able to direct us towards some good options for what to do with my old car. Very quick, very professional, and amazing customer service all around. Thank you.

We have had a couple of our vehicles serviced here over the past few months, and they have been amazing. They make everything so convenient for customers and truly go above and beyond with their friendliness and service. Nicole is who we usually work with, and she is such a pleasure. She’s great at explaining things, working with our schedules, and making sure we get the answers we need in the most accommodating way possible. We recently had an issue with the AC in our Expedition, but with 4 kids in car seats, leaving the car overnight just wasn’t an option. Nicole spoke with the technician, and together they helped come up with a plan that worked really well for all of us. Their mobile service for oil changes and tire rotations is also incredibly convenient — and they’ll even service other vehicle brands, not just Ford! After recently switching from Audi to Ford as my main vehicle following the birth of our twins, I have to say I’ve been genuinely impressed by the level of service Grieco Ford provides in comparison. It has absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Was not greeted upon entry…took @7 minutes before anyone said hello. Upon leaving I do not receive my inspection report so I do not know what the status of my brakes and tires are.

I told them that I wasn’t in a rush to buy, and looking for a specific vehicle. They showed me one truck that met all my requirements and was out the door the next day.

I had a great experience. Staff was open to my concerns answering my questions to the best of their knowledge. They also worked with me and was patient.

This is the second time I used Grieco Ford of Branford's mobile service and it is amazing! I called Monday morning and they came that afternoon. The service technician was great, worked clean, fast and was informative throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend.

Staff was great to work with. Did some shopping around and feel i got a fair deal. Cheralann was great to work with. She answered any questions had and made the presses simple.

Everyone at the service department was friendly and helpful from the minute that I walked in. They did a diagnosis on my car and they sent me a video to explain what needs to be done. The service department was absolutely immaculate.!! AAA

Dealing with Grieco was a pleasure. I never felt pressured during the process, and despite having the truck at their Mass location they were promptly able to get the truck there to complete the sale. Pricing was fair and I would happily do business with them again.
