We had Kayla as our sales person and she was PHENOMENAL. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase made it a point to explain things to me in an easy enough manner and was super kind during the whole process. Then we had Alden to go over my financing and he was just as kind explained everything to me, let me know the different options I had and the pros and cons to all and the whole time I never felt rushed or "pushed" into anything. If I said no about purchasing additional coverages, he said ok and moved on. Honestly the smoothest, easiest car buying experience I ever had. If you need another vehicle, definitely look into this dealership. Top notch experienceb and go with Kayla! Her knowledge on the vehicles was very impressive. I had a wonderful experience buying my vehicle at Grieco. Devon Delaney is a great salesperson. She was not pushy at all. Going in, I knew that I wanted the bronco sport outerbanks in a certain color combo. They didn't have it, but Devon found it at another dealership, and had it sent to Grieco. So, if you have your heart set on a certain color, etc. They will find it for you, at no extra cost to you! If you are looking for a new or used car, stop by there and ask for Devon.

Routine recall work. Was suppose to be 2 hours but left over night as they needed to order one time use parts. Prob should have made sure they had those for the specific recall prior. Other than that, staff was friendly and overall happy with the work

Bought my first Ford from Grieco today. I hate buying new cars from dealers (the stress and extra sales pressure). The initial car I wanted was sold. But Grieco was constantly on the lookout for something that met my needs. When they found a vehicle, they provided regular updates on when it would arrive. The sales team very nice and they don't pressure you into the extras(extended warranty, Simoniz coating....etc). They'll mention it, but wont insist if you say no. I highly recommend this dealer for you Ford purchases.

Amazing place. No need to go elsewhere. Chris Fernau and Cheryl Ann were amazing at point of sale and Krissie has been super helpful. Notable that the mobile guys are awesome and they come an hour away to do my stuff. At work no less ! Really good experience.

A happy update, the GM Steven reached out, offered his apologies for my prior poor experience and asked if he could make it better. He did in fact make it better. The ceramic coating was redone and looks great. He offered me a loaner while my car was being fixed which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Thank you Steven for changing my perspective on the dealership! I will never buy a vehicle here again. My sales lady was fine no issues there, but the sales manager, Antonio, was unprofessional. I purchased ceramic coating for my black car. They had the audacity to ceramic coat over a completely water spotted car. It looked terrible and was unprofessional. I called the following day to have it fixed, no one called me back so I called the sales manager who was rude, unapologetic, and annoyed. When I dropped my car off he remained unapologetic and dismissive of how terrible the car looked. I dropped the car off at 9 am, I called at 1 pm for an update and he said another two hours. I arrived at 3:30 and waited until 5 pm for the car to be finished. When he brought the car over to me he said this was the best they could do since it was acid rain (it didn’t appear to be acid rain, I had a professional detailer look at it the initial evening I brought it home). Even if it was acid rain and they couldn’t perfect the base, why not call me and let me know before a ceramic coat was done the first or second time. The car also had a missing piece and broken headrests that I had to ask be fixed. When it was dropped off for those parts the memory drivers seat had only been working intermittently. It was discussed during drop off to be looked at. Upon picked up the women at the service desk was rude and said to bring it back if it continues. I’ve had the car a week and it’s been happening daily. If you’d like to be treated poorly, have your concerns dismissed, and deal with rude people then this is the place for you!

Patrick Mahoney and the tech team completed the requested work in a timely fashion and researched my extended warranty so that the only invoice was for the deductible. I appreciate their conscientious commitment to an over and above level of customer service!

Upon visiting the store I was welcomed by the sales Manager Chris, Who took his time to walk me around the dealership . Mr Chris, was very professional and valued my trade very fair.. I then had the honor of sitting with Mr Michael, the sales team member who also took his time explaining the vehicle I was inquiring about . Overall a very seamless transaction.. We faced some challenges, however Vincent Kearney did a fantastic job of both seeing that my issues were fully, and prompyly met. Grieco Ford has been absolutely the best vendor I have dealt with in the 25+ years I have been in the industry. They call or email me when an asset has a defect, recall or warranty repair needed, schedule when they can come down, perform the repair on site and let me know if there's anything I need to do before they leave that day. You can't go wrong with that kind of service!

Great service right in my driveway! Mobile service is the way to go for lots of repairs. I don't think many people know this mobile service exists. The van comes to you fully equipped to handle most repairs. Thanks to Krissie and Tracy for setting this up and making it seamless.
